Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Alpha website and platform provided by Alpha Solutions. By using the service you agree to them. Alpha is currently in a testing phase and features may change.
Your account & content
- You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
- You retain ownership of the past papers and materials you upload. You grant us the permissions needed to process them and provide the service.
- You confirm you have the right to upload the materials you provide.
AI-generated content
Alpha uses AI to draft assessments from your materials. Generated content is a draft for a teacher to review, edit and approve before use. You are responsible for reviewing content before it reaches students. We don't warrant that AI output is error-free.
Acceptable use
- Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it unlawfully.
- Don't upload content you don't have the rights to, or that is unlawful.
Availability & liability
During the testing phase the service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
