Who we are
Alpha Solutions ("Alpha", "we") provides an assessment platform for schools, tutoring centres and tutors. This policy explains what personal data we handle and why. Questions can be sent to hello@alphasolutionspk.com.
Information we collect
- Enquiry details — when you book a demo (name, email, organisation, role, and anything you write to us).
- Account data — for platform users: name, email, role, and the institution they belong to.
- Learning content — past papers and syllabus information uploaded by teachers, and the assessments generated from them.
- Assessment data — student responses, marks, and topic-level progress used to produce class insight.
- Basic technical data — standard logs needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
- To respond to demo requests and communicate with you.
- To provide the platform: generating exams, grading, and producing mastery analytics.
- To keep the service secure, reliable, and improving.
We do not sell personal data. We do not send AI-generated assessments to students automatically — a teacher reviews and approves them first.
Children's data
Where students are minors, the school or centre is the party with the direct relationship with students and parents, and instructs us as a processor. We handle student data only to provide the service.
Sharing & sub-processors
We use trusted providers to host the platform and, where enabled, generate assessments with AI. These providers process data on our instructions.
Retention & your rights
We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us to exercise them.
Changes
We'll update this policy as the product moves from testing into wider rollout, and note the date of the latest change above.
